Terms of service
Engagements
Fixed price engagements are paid in advance. A session is confirmed only after payment has been verified. Advisory and training engagements are scoped in writing before any payment is due.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Requests for refunds are handled case by case before a session is delivered.
No guarantee of results
Results referenced on this site were achieved in specific engagements under specific conditions. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of future performance, pipeline, CAC or revenue outcomes.
Confidentiality
Client information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. Client names are not published without written permission.
Intellectual property
Training materials, frameworks and templates provided during an engagement are licensed for internal use by the client organization and may not be resold or redistributed.
